purchase for any reason, we will gladly offer you the opportunity to
return your item(s) within the first 30 days of receipt. If you choose
to return your purchase, please note that there is a 50% restocking fee
for all rugs as they are custom bound on a per-order basis. All
returns and exchanges must have an authorization number (see sidebar

To prevent returns, we encourage customers to take advantage of our free sample program to guarantee complete satisfaction with our products before placing an order. To request samples of rugs, please visit the sample section of our website. To avoid size-related returns or exchanges, we recommend measuring the space intended for the rug precisely to verify the correct dimensions.

All Merida Home merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure the quality of our products. In the rare case that a product is defective, Merida Home will gladly exchange the item at no cost if reported within 30 days of receipt. To report a defective item and to receive a return authorization number, please contact Customer Service. All defective items must be returned like new in their original packaging.
