Merida Home is pleased to offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States for all orders exceeding $200.00 in value.  For domestic shipping rates on orders less than $200.00, please consult the shipping chart below.  Merida Home provides shipping services outside the 48 contiguous states, however a shipping surcharge will apply.  Please contact Customer Service anytime at Home@meridameridian.com to receive a shipping quote.  

All Merida Home shipments are sent via UPS from one of our two Massachusetts locations.  Custom products (including all bound rugs) may take up to 10 business days to process.  Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping.  When your product ships, you will be notified via an email containing your online tracking information.  For your security, all deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

Shipping Damage
Merida Home packages all products with care, but in the event of damage incurred during shipping Merida Home will exchange all damaged products at no additional charge.  To receive an exchange, any shipping damage must be reported to Merida within 7 days of delivery. All exchanges must have a return authorization number.  Contact Customer Service at (number) to report damages and receive an authorization number. Damaged items must be returned to Merida in their original packaging.  If you have misplaced or disposed of your packaging please contact Customer Service for a replacement.

Rush Options
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.  If you are interested in rush delivery, please contact Customer Service at home@meridameridian.com or (877) 220-6914 with the following information: delivery location, product(s) being purchased, and desired delivery timeline.  We will get back to you as soon as possible with a rush shipping quote.


Delivery Tips
Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.  If you notice that a parcel looks damaged you may refuse delivery.  If packaging looks suspicious and you are unsure about the state of the product inside, write “pending inspection” next to your delivery confirmation signature.
